What is RateMyCharm.com?
RateMyCharm.com is a fun online community in which a user may upload his or her most charming photo, rate pictures of other users, and meet interesting people.

I am not yet a member. Can I participate in rating the members?
Yes. You can click on the “hot” or “not” buttons only once. However, you cannot view the member profiles unless you sign up to be a member.

I was rated as “Hottest Member”, Is that good?
You bet! Being the hottest member means you have the highest votes. It means you are beautiful, stunning, breath-taking, charming and well, hot!

Can I change my username?
Unfortunately, not without creating a new account.

How do I edit my profile?
If you are logged in, click on “My Account” and you will be taken to your account settings. Make the necessary changes and click on “Update My Profile” button.

Why was my picture rejected?
RateMyCharm.com will not approve any pictures that are held by a copyright, contain pornographic material, are not of the user (no pictures of animals, children, vehicles, houses, etc. will be approved), or violates the Terms and Agreements.

If your picture was rejected, make sure your picture does not violate any of the restrictions listed above. If you feel your picture didn’t violate any of the restrictions, you may resubmit your picture, or you can ask an Administrator why your picture was considered inappropriate.

The Administrators use personal discretion when approving and rejecting pictures because often a picture does not completely violate any of the restrictions.

Other members have pictures that violate the restrictions mentioned. Can I report them?
Absolutely. If you feel that a member's photo is inappropriate, you may click on "Report User" located at the bottom of the picture to inform the Administrator. The Administrator is protected in his or her personal discretion as to whether or not the picture is inappropriate, and reserves the right not to remove the pictures.

Someone reported me as fake! What do I do?
RateMyCharm.com will ask you to salute. The process is simple: Take a picture of you holding a piece of paper with your RateMyCharm.com username. Upload the picture to your profile and your account won’t be terminated or suspended.

How do I rate someone back?
When browsing or viewing a member, you should see one thumbs up icon for “hot” and one thumbs down icon for “not”. Click the thumbs up icon if you want to rate the member as “hot”. Otherwise, click the thumbs down icon.

I don’t want to be included in the rating system. How do I do that?
Unfortunately, you can’t. This is a voting site and every member will be rated.

Can I reset my votes?
No. However, changing your picture might help you get more votes from the members.

I’ve seen how many members your site has and I’m impressed. I’d like to advertise on your website. Do you accept advertisements?
Absolutely. E-mail us and we'll be glad to tell you the advertising package that RateMyCharm.com offers.
