Racially offensive material and slurring is prohibited. Spamming the or on the site may result in account termination. Any member who directly violates this rule may be terminated. In the event that a new member breaks the rules deliberately and excessively, we reserve the right to suspend their account for 7 days before granting the option for termination.

4. RateMyCharm.com.com is first and foremost a picture voting site where members are encouraged to submit their most charming photo. Sexually explicit images and/or images other than the pictures of the members are not allowed. We reserve the right to reject submitted photos deemed to be inappropriate.

5. RateMyCharm.com.com is not responsible for the misrepresentations of individuals who choose to register with stolen photos or incorrect personal information. This is including but not limited to age, location and gender.

6. You are not allowed to post, submit, or upload anything that is protected under trademark or copyright. You are solely responsible for any damages as a result from violating the copyright laws.

7. Your RateMyCharm.com.com account is password protected. You agree to use the site as per the instructions, not to disclose your password to others for use. Only one account per individual is allowed. We are not responsible for any damages that occur as the result of you giving your account password to anyone. In the event of suspicion, the administration will investigate by whatever means possible through the website for further explanation. We possess a license for use of anything you submit or post.
